Since nursery soil comes in many forms, some may lack the right nutrients, aeration, or may have excessive water retention. As such, we make it a point to repot each plant that comes into our store with our own mix. As a bonus, repotting each plant before we hand it over to our customers will also give us a chance to ensure that the plant is healthy, not only by looking at the leaves but also at the roots level.
We use only natural and organic potting media to give each type of plant the most optimal balance of aeration, moisture retention and nturient so that it may long thrive in our fellow customers/plant lovers home.
Yes, as long as you have purchased our plant/pot, repotting services will be complimentary.
Self-collection and Delivery
We offer complimentary delivery for purchases above $80. For orders below $80, there will be a delivery charge of $8. An extra delivery surcharge of $5, regardless of purchased amount will be imposed for orders to remoted locations such as Sentosa, Jurong Island, coastal vicinity, etc.
We strive to deliver your orders within 48 hours. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us on Whatsapp (+65 9115 1844) and we will try our best to assist you.
Self-collection at our store is free. Upon checking out your cart, kindly opt for self-collection (to be done within store hours) at our Delivery Method column.
No code is required as our complimentary delivery services will be calculated automatically upon check out.
We accept PayNow, Paypal and Cash (in-store) only.
Return and Refund
There will be strictly no refund for any plant once it has been collected/delivered. For online orders, we will provide you with photo(s)/video(s) of the exact plant(s) that you will receive for your peace of mind.
Feel free to contact us within a week of your purchase and we will be happy to assist you with the change of planter (Goods returned must be in original condition and free of potting medium).
